  • Author public papers and eval releases.
  • Mentor mid-level researchers.

What we need

  • Demonstrated track record in alignment, RLHF, or interpretability research.
  • Comfortable shipping production code, not just notebooks.
  • Strong written communication. We publish a lot.

Nice to have

  • Prior frontier-lab experience.
  • Open-source contributions to alignment tooling.
