What you will do

  • Extend our jailbreak taxonomy and adversarial generation pipelines.
  • Run nightly red-team campaigns and triage findings.
  • Coordinate disclosures with affected model owners.

What we need

  • Hands-on experience red-teaming LLMs or other ML systems.
  • Strong adversarial instincts. You enjoy breaking things responsibly.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity. New failure modes appear weekly.

Nice to have

  • Security background (offensive or defensive).
  • Contributions to public adversarial datasets.
